The production environment is hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Infrastructure-provider certifications must be assessed separately and do not certify Anonify itself.

A practical control model for sensitive documents:

Anonify does not claim a guaranteed accuracy rate or automatic legal compliance here. Results depend on document type, scan quality, settings and human review. A buyer-run pilot is therefore part of a careful assessment.

Is Anonify itself ISO 27001 certified?
Not based on the information published here. The hosting provider has its own certifications; that is not the same as Anonify certification.
Does Anonify guarantee GDPR or FOI compliance for every document?
No. The software supports detection and redaction, but an authorized person must assess context, legal exemptions and the final disclosure.
How should we evaluate quality?
Use a representative, pre-labelled document set. Measure missed and incorrect markings, correction time, total turnaround time and export review per document type.
