Frequently asked questions about AI anonymization
Is AI anonymization fully automatic?
No. Anonify is AI-assisted: detection is automated, but the final decision stays with your reviewer.
Are redaction decisions recorded?
Redaction and export decisions are recorded in an audit log: who, when, which decision and which Woo ground, without the document text itself. Admins see the overview per organisation and can export it as CSV. Logging starts from when this feature went live.
Are my documents used for model training?
No. Customer documents are not used to train AI models.
When is AI anonymization suitable for FOI?
